KO-MED Centra Kliniczne becomes a partner of Medical College of Wisconsin

On September 24th, 2019 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA), KO-MED Centra Kliniczne entered into a general agreement with the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW).

MCW is the third-largest private medical school in the United States, and the largest research institute in the State of Wisconsin, with the research budget of $235 million. MCW has conducted 2600 research projects and owns 42 patents and discoveries. It has signed agreements with 70 pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies.

KO-MED Centra Kliniczne is the only private institution in Poland to enter the elite group of MCW’s partners. According to the agreement KO-MED Centra Kliniczne and MCW will “collaborate in medical research, with particular focus on Clinical Cancer Center MCW, especially by conducting cooperative research, exchanging best practices in the field of organization and management of clinical research conducted in study sites at hospitals and medical schools, with particular focus on cancer research”.

The agreement with MCW opens enormous international cooperation opportunities for KO-MED Centra Kliniczne, and a possibility to take part in exchange and internship programs for KO-MED Centra Kliniczne staff members.
