    KO-MED Clinical Centers (KO-MED CK) is a seasoned player in clinical research (20+ years).

    Founded by Dr. Marek Konieczny MD, a cardiologist with a stellar research track record, KO-MED CK developed and partially sold Poland’s largest clinical study site network. The divested part of the network was acquired by Velocity.

    KO-MED CK now focuses on two key areas:

    Site Management Organization (SMO)

    Manages five clinical research centers at public
    hospitals and institutes.

    Contract Research Organization (CRO)

    Currently serves several non-commercial studies, with plans to expand into commercial research. KO-MED CK also aims for geographical expansion in Central Europe.
